Every developer has their personal list of favorite tools, utilities, and "time saving" techniques.  Including myself.  I was all geared up to write up a post on the great utilities I use when I came across a similar list someone else has blogged on, which I honestly have to say included all of my utilities and then a whole lot more.

So with that said I will have to crown Scott Hanselman the undisputed king of the toolkit, the veritable Tim "The Toolman" Taylor of .NET development.  Here is his Utilities List.
